My first visit to Sport Clips in Muncie, IN was a great experience! Got a great haircut and MVP treatment by Ashley!

Can I give no stars?! Took both my children ages 2 and 4 who had the same directions from our previous visit on their cards. I reviewed what I wanted. My poor four year old ended up w/ the shortest most inconsistent buzz cut. I went to check on the two year old briefly to then turn around and the stylist had buzzed from the top center of his bangs to the back?!? There was no rescuing this error. Who starts from the top center?! I had said I liked the bangs one inch off the brow. His hair is less then a cm long everywhere now. Not sure how that interruptation was so lost. Furthermore, if the directions were the same how did my two year old get an accurate cut?! The stylist never seemed to understand I was upset or how wrong she was on my directions?! I was mortified and my poor son cried and cried. Asking for a hat to wear. Needless to say he probably won’t need a cut for months and to even grow it out nicely will be a challenge. The cut is not even all around but I wasn’t going to point that out. I didn’t want him leaving bald. My recommendation is be sure to listen to your customer. I must’ve been speaking like Charlie Browns teacher in order for this terrible cut. Awful.

A young lady named Trish cut my 2 and 4 year old grandsons hair. She done a Great job, and made the experience good for both of them. Will go back.
